Where does it say about having to pay £18 a year subscription? Nowhere.
We pay enough money to the college for apparently not a great deal in return and they're trying to squeeze more out of us with this.
The app is pretty good but seems disingenuous to not be up front about having to pay for it.

Brilliant app

It's a fantastic tool to carry around and check your progress. Beside, it's intuitive and you can easily get in touch with webmaster who will address your concern ASAP.
I think it's a must have app for every ophth. Trainee

G8t appl

Made updating the logbook very easy and playful. Can do it from the theatre on the same day imm after durgery without opening ur laptops. Thanks

Excellent app. Really helps.

This is my first review ever….I am not used to write a review (like many others…)..However, I thought it would be helpful to point out a few things;
(1) We always try to 'catch up' with new gadgets….spend a lot of time/money on various toys/games/apps…which fades away into our 'folder' after while…but this app is actually useful/helpful and I use it on regular basis. It really helps.
(2) I am sure you agree with me that we have enough 'documentation' during training and daily clinical routines….this app at least helps to take one thing off our mind in a very accurate and reliable way…..So I really think that we should all support and encourage the developer….hopefully we will see more apps…
Thanks for initiation and development of the app….

Subscription fee

Principally the idea of the app is good, it seems to work fine BUT this is only a one month trial version. You will need to pay £18 a year to use it!! You can't even pay via the app and have to go via the website (don't know whether Apple will be happy about this). What a rip off. We pay enough RCOPHTH fees to support this. Anyway the use of the app is not compulsory.
