Misrepresents actual photo
The photo you get is only a fraction of your iris. About half your iris, or 5mm from the edge and not at all showing the entire, or even half of the iris color.

I saw an add on insta and it mentioned nothing about having to pay to see a pic of my own eye in the add it should say that u have to pay . I’m not paying for that and it’s expensive.

Stop hiding the fact that you put dumb paywalls
I understand the need to make money to run an app, however instead of tricking people into wasting their time maybe advertise that there is literally NOTHING you can do on this app without paying. Huge waste of time and incredibly frustrating and makes this company come off as just another soulless money hungry one. Be honest it’s not that hard and I would be way more inclined to waste money on your app if I was told I needed to.

There’s no point of getting the app unless you plan to pay for it. I’ve seen advertisements on TikTok and instagram saying it’s free however every feature is not so there’s really no point. If you do however, there are a lot of cool and honestly random features for it
