What’s New in EyeRep 6.8 This release brings highly requested new browsing features, smoother performance during syncs, and important enhancements for your cart, order submissions, and Frame Board. -> Top New Features - Hinge Details & Filtering: You can now view hinge details directly in the product specifications and use hinge types as a filter menu option when browsing frame collections. - PO Numbers in Account History: Purchase Order (PO) numbers are now imported into your order history, making it fast and easy to search & reference past orders by PO Number. - Upfront Discount Pricing: When discounts apply, the reduced price is now displayed directly within the catalog view in addition to the shopping cart, so you can see your final pricing instantly. - Categorized Cart Summary: Carts now feature a clear breakdown by product category, giving you an at-a-glance summary when reviewing large orders. - Shareable Analytics: You can now share analytics views and reports directly from the app. -> Performance & Reliability Boosts - Seamless Background Syncing: We overhauled background syncing so the app stays fast and stable without shifting layouts while a sync is in progress. - Instant Grouping & Sorting: Switching sorting options or account grouping on your Account List now updates instantly without lagging. - Rebuilt Checkout Flow: We’ve redesigned the backend checkout system to ensure faster checkout process from start to finish. - Crash Prevention: Fixed stability issues that caused occasional crashes during initial app loading. -> Cart & Order Management Fixes - Reliable Order Protection: If an order submission fails due to connection loss, the order is safely saved in your "Pending" queue—no lost work! - Persistent Carts: Fixed an issue where on rare occasions an open cart would appear blank. - Order Count Slider Issue: Reducing a frame quantity to zero using the slider, when it's the only item in the cart, now both removes the item and clears the cart count on the left-hand navigation. - Large Share / Export Fix: Cart Share / Exports with high item counts will now email successfully without being blocked by file size limits. -> Frame Board & Account Updates - Visual Tap Feedback: Tapping the Sold button on the Frame Board now highlights without delay so you have clear visual confirmation. - Real-Time Account Updates: Frame Board statuses and newly assigned account tags now update on your Account List immediately after submission. - Portrait Mode Layout Fixes: Corrected several screen layouts in portrait view—frame names, collection titles, financial fields, and checkout screens are now fully readable without cutoffs. -> Login & Navigation Updates - Smarter Login Alerts: Saved-password prompts will now only appear after a successful login, and clearer error messages will show if server connectivity is down. - Route Mapping Fix: Map pins now remain clearly visible when zooming in or out while using optimized routing. -> Pro Tip - When reviewing a large order on the Cart Summary screen, check out the new Cart Summary Analytics added to this screen to verify your item counts across multiple categories before hitting submit!
