We have rolled out a quick important update to keep your EyeRep App running smoothly. This hotfix vastly optimizes how the app handles sketchy cellular connections, cleans up portrait-mode screen layouts, and fixes a shopping cart glitch. 1) Smart Syncing & Connection Tweaks (For the Road) --> 120-Minute Smart Sync Interval - What we did: Updated the application's automatic background data refresh interval to onlyt pull new data exactly 120 minutes after your last successful sync. - Your Benefit: This eliminates unnecessary, battery-draining "retry calls" when you are working inside dispensaries with poor, sketchy cellular connections. --> Unstable Connection Retry Cap - What we did: Capped automatic background sync retries to exactly one attempt when a cellular network is detected as unstable. - Your Benefit: This prevents the app from incessantly attempting to sync over and over again in dead zones. Your app stays fast and responsive, and your device won't be over syncing when you are working with an account. 2) Display & Layout Enhancements --> Full Portrait Mode Support - What we did: Fully optimized the interface rendering for single-handed device use. - Your Benefit: The Frameboard, catalog, shopping cart, and checkout screens now render crisply and clearly in portrait mode. You can easily navigate collections and complete an order without being forced to rotate your tablet or horizontally. 3) Bug Fixes --> Shopping Cart Manual Returns - What we did: Fixed a software glitch where the manual return pop-up window would unexpectedly close itself mid-action. - Your Benefit: When adding a manual return item in the shopping cart, the input modal no longer disappears automatically.
