Cannot be used for self exam

I realize this app was designed for medical professionals to use with patients. That said, I’ve been wondering if my head posture has changed and is affecting my ability to see even when my glasses prescription is correct. I stumbled onto this app while looking for something else but the app doesn’t allow use of the front-facing camera, which makes it useless for me.

Really can’t reverse the camera?
