Lässt sich zwar physisch anschließen, aber die App bleibt schon beim ersten Schritt „Bitte den Adapter ins Dock anschließen“ hängen und lässt sich nicht weiter bedienen….
Still it’s not working with iOS 11
Why keep updating when it still is not working with iOS 11.
And yet again… it doesn’t work.
After years when the EyeTV Mobile didn’t work, the app was update and it started working again. Now it’s been updated again (a few times) and it’s back to not working. Just completely disappointing.

The recent update fixed it!
I plugged in the dongle since I noticed the latest update to the app. Instantly a firmware update was installed onto the dongle and instantly I could start scanning for channels!
I run iPhone 12 Pro with iOS 14.3.
Even though the included antennas can be a bit sketchy when it comes to tv reception, the app works and with a bit of patience, watching tv is now finally possible again.

Funktioniert trotz Update nicht
Trotz Update der Software wird mein Elgato nicht erkannt.
iOS 12.4.9 auf IPad mini.
Auch auf aktuellem IPhone wird es nicht erkannt.

No support for 2 years
The EyeTV mobile is app hasn’t been updated for 2 years and support is not helpful I could only use this expensive product for some weeks and then after IOS update no longer worked. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT From this company

Still not working with iOS 11, they say it’s being worked on but it’s taking too long, when it was working it was a great product....gone from hero to zero.....still not working I was offered a replacement device that would work but they needed a receipt for my eyetv which I don’t have who keeps this rubbish, so now they won’t swap just when I thought they were caring and wanted a happy customer....how difficult cat it be to get it all working again ?????

I have been in contact with the manufacturer which promised an update soon.... this was March 2018!
Do not support them or buy this product until they sort it out!!!

Geht auf dem iPhone X und iPad Pro nicht. Wie es aussieht läuft es nur bis iOS 10. Kann das aktuell jemand bestätigen?
