App structure is so outdated it’s difficult to use and very slow
review
I’ve been using this food delivery app for a while now, and it never disappoints! The app is easy to use, with a smooth interface and a great selection of restaurants. Orders always arrive on time, and the food is fresh and well-packaged.
Customer service is responsive and helpful whenever I have a question. Overall, a reliable and convenient app for anyone who loves good food delivered hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service
Placed an order to be delivered at 8 pm because the app says pick a delivery time. Placed a delivery time for 8 pm at 7 pm and nothing ever happened. Contacted ex eats and was told no one sees the order until the delivery time so the actual order doesn’t get processed until you want it delivered. And the order was cancelled without notifying me because the app claims Pizza Hut accepts orders when they had actually stopped accepting orders. This is unacceptable for a business model and needs to be corrected now. Very disappointed for all the excuses and lies told since my previous orders were all placed ahead of time and came through but this one.
