Great Customer Service
I used one of these when I was in a pinch for battery at Little Caesars Arena. When it was time to leave, I wasn't able to find a rental doc with an open return space. I thought I was stuck with the battery pack and a fine on my card. However, I reached out to the service number, and they were able to help me out! Response time was quick and the help effective. Will definitely use again.
