Only 1 choice opens
The blue selection is the only choice that opens. If I try any other selection it’s closes the app. This has gone on for YEARS! So if it’s a bug they never fixed it.

App used to work and be great. App immediately crashes after importing last screenshot or from photo gallery. iPhone 14 Pro Max with ios 17.0.3

Double charging you
This is the same developer as EZWordCheat that I bought a full license for. Instead of updating that app, they come out with this”new” one and charge you again. There are plenty of other apps out there that are not this dishonest.

Doesn’t Work with IPad Air
I love this app but recently upgraded to a new iPad Air and the app no longer works. There appears to be no support to answer ant questions.
Need Update
Doesn’t scan the new Scrabble GO app which replaced the old Scrabble app. Needs to be updated.
Update to my previous review
This app has not been working right for a few months. It says it’s an Invalid Screenshot for almost all of my tries. I’ve messaged the customer service 2 times and was asked to send them screenshots the last time of which I did, but nothing had been fixed. I paid for this app a long time ago and am very upset that no one has contacted me or fixed the issue!

Cool 😎 app!
I really like this app. Works very quickly and very well. I use it when I play against an AI opponent but never against a human because they wouldn’t have much of a chance. But I play against the computer often and by using this app it “train’s” my mind to see solutions more quickly when playing against others. Plus you learn lots of words which is good when you’re through school and now you’re learning on your own as you trek along on life’s journey. By just giving the 1st and last letters you still can have quite a puzzle figuring out the word and if you just can’t get it then you can have it show the whole word and also the placement (if working from screen shot)

They take it away without warning
I have purchased this 2 different times. I waited a long time before I purchased the second time because I was so unhappy with the way they want to get more money. I decided recently to try it again and out of the blue they took it away again just the other day and want me to purchase again? When I sent them my complaint they now say to send them a screenshot of my purchase? Guess they don’t keep track of our purchases. I like the app but this company is ripping me/us off. Anyone else have the same problem with them? The app is great but for

Disappointed
Very disappointed because it offers incorrect plays for Scrabble. For example ug is not a valid word!!
EZ descrambler
Most of the time this app works. It used to work consistently but lately gives me words that are rejected. One of the most common is qin. Now it seems as if 2 of 10 words given do not work. They are rejected. WHY?
Well after having removed it from one of my devices I thought I would give it a last try on my iPhone. Five out of the six words I just tried were deemed not valid this included Ja and OO which you gave me as valid words. After my last review you wrote a message saying basically it was my fault because I didn’t check the Dictionary that was being used for the game and there was a choice of three of them, not really solving my problem.I shouldn’t have to work this hard and agonize playing a game. It’s just not worth it any longer. I’m glad it was free because I certainly wouldn’t pay for this piece of junk. Used to love it but now it’s just annoying and frustrating. I give up.

DO NOT use this app 11/19 update
11/27/19 update- I was so excited that there was a new update. I immediately updated and paid for some keys. The board scanner is even worse than before. Just now it thought OI was OY. So all of my possible moves were completely wrong. And I wasted a key to get incorrect choices. $2.99, wasted again. I’ve got to stop losing money to these developers. Sigh.
9/25/18 update- Just opened app, it updated OCR engine and now won’t work. I’ve tried all options for importing boards, none work. Anagram finder works but nothing else. Tried restarting app several times.
As usual the scrabble dictionary is not up to date. The scrabble teacher regularly comes up with better scoring words. And many times the app will suggest a word that makes no sense. Obviously the board was interpreted incorrectly.
11/1/16-app is now updated but doesn't read my tiles. Suggests any word regardless of the letters in my rack.
Scrabble dictionary is out of date. Description says in app purchase will get you unlimited top words for life but when you purchase you only get 50. When I complained they said the unlimited words were in the previous version. Don't waste your time or money on this fraudulent app. If I could give zero stars I would. I really want my money back but of course they ignore me when I send that email. Like I said before: DO NOT USE THIS APP and especially DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IN APP PURCHASE. 😡

Worked fine for months until today...
App wants me to pay again for full function. I reinstalled the app but that did not fix the problem. HELP!

I had purchased this app once before. It was working great then I kept getting OCR Error. Emailed tech support, nothing. Deleted the app then tried again months later. The app is now working but in order to see the locked words I paid 1.99 for 50 unlocks. Total rip off considering I bought this app before and did not just get 50 words to unlock for 1.99.

BEWARE OF RECURRING FEE
This is truly an amazing app! A simple screen shot will enable you to see best possible words and plays. However, in order to unlock the best words, you must pay a fee which to my surprise did not unlock the app permanently. In a short period of time I was asked to pay the fee again! Sorry, but this is outrageous!
