Can’t Log In
The app won’t allow you to log in. Best just to stick to the website. App is a waste of time.

Way to many glitches and it always says your username/password is wrong.

It won’t let me log in. I can log in the website just fine but it won’t let me log into the app with the same credentials. I even tried resetting the password

Super frustrating. It won’t even log in. I’ve changed the password 3 times and every attempt it tells me it’s incorrect.
When I log in online the same password works fine.
Rate higher when the issue is fixed and it remembers your password.

Almost there
This app makes life SO much easier when it comes to building my ribbon rack. HOWEVER, it’s so annoying that I have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app, it’s almost overshadowed. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE update this app so we can stay logged in. Update that feature and it’s an easy 5 star app.
Needs an update
I can’t update my old racks without completely rebuilding them. It’s better to just use the website and avoid the app. Probably a good option for a brand new recruit that doesn’t have many ribbons and needs to know how they should look on the uniform.
New Ez Rack Builder app is great
The old app had been broken for quite a while. Great to see that the app has been redesigned and is working now.
Seems cool, but keeps crashing.
It seems like really neat app, but it crashes every time I open it. Last time I was able to see the medals, but when I tried to choose one, it gave an error message. Too bad. It seems like it would be a great app.

This could be great, just a poor user interface for now. Fix that and it'll be a 5 star app.
-A "tab" for each branches awards would work A LOT better.
-Give the option to pick what style to view them in (ribbons, medals, etc) AFTER all the awards have been selected.
-I didn't even have the desire to hunt down the Navy marksmanship award after a simple search didn't show it. Maybe give the option to see more awards at a time, without the names.

Error
I can make a rack, but I can no longer view my rack. Every time I click on "view/edit rack" it says, "Alert: an unknown error has occurred." Every single time! It's so frustrating! I wish this would get fixed, it has been this way for months!!!
Great idea!!
It did not work for me. I have an I phone but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. It loads, it let me select the ribbons, but it will not show previous or safe. Just error screens!! So I guess I will contact my usual place.
Like others said, "Great idea, poor execution."
I had hopes for this app, but was let down. It's set up pretty well, but gives an unknown error when you finish the rack. It also doesn't reflect the newest medal authorized by SECAF, the Nuclear Deterrence Operations Service Medal (NDOSM), nor the "N" device authorized with it.
Great app but..
I really like this app but it has bugs. Every time I go to preview or see the finished results it says error no mater if I delete and re-download the app or not. Once fixed I would give 5 stars.
Great app
love this app... And for the people who complain about having other branches ribbons when you select your branch, you can actually wear other branches awards if you were award them. I am in the Navy and was awarded an Army Commendation medal. There are those who also served in multiple branches... think outside the box people.

Good, If I could see the rack.
I got this app thinking I could have some fun, but it ripped me off. My biggest problem...I CANT SEE MY RACK. I get an error message every time I try to view it.

Does what it is supposed to. Only errors I've noticed are state awards
Waste of time
I have tried several times to build my rack and as soon as I try to purchase it says error occurred. Very frustrating as the website is the same. I purchased a rack with them before with no problems and have been trying now for a couple of weeks with no luck.
Needs updated
The app overall is ok but it is missing ribbons and medals that the web site has like the Pennsylvania Keystone Freedom Medal and Pennsylvania Governor's Unit Citation than have been around well before the 2013 update.
Get for the phone number only
I ordered ribbons and received them with in 7 days. Not over priced. The problem I have is for the iPhone when you open the app and click on your service it goes to the Airforce ribbons and no matter what branch you click on it stays on the airforce ribbons. I called them ordered ribbons good price but, since this is rating the app it is not worth

It's really easy to use you can save your ribbons for future edits and you can search by name for each ribbon.
