Won’t accept codes
The app never accepts the photo codes that are listed on Walgreens’ website

It seems easy enough until you want to delete an item from your order. It’s not happening. Also keep in mind that the edge of your picture can continue on the side of the canvas. Maybe if I ignore the order long enough it will get deleted.
Disaster everytime
It’s always a disaster when I order something from this app or the other Walgreens print app. It says when it will be ready and I get a notification it’s ready and when I come in the person is just sitting there doing nothing and it’s not even started yet do I wait 20 mins. Not just once but every time I order something. Only reason 2 starts is because the quality of their product turns out good

Hello I was placing a canvas order and when I put in the codes for discount, it didnt come through.please let me know if u can add it. Thank you.
Time is never certain
The app claims same day completion of project and the text notification even says 1hr! but rarely is that the case. Always have to call the store to confirm when the product is done.

The employee Carla was so helpful...she even let me see the picture before she stretched it! It’s going to look great!!! Thank you Walgreen’s 😊Toot

Pictures are always top quality. CVS is the best, in my opinion, when it comes to printing quality photos in decent time

Prices in store are way better, coupon codes don’t work, I sell them an image and the edit area is black where the picture should be. Tried uninstalling app, restarting my phone, and no luck. Why can’t the canvas and photo apps be the same? Why have so many apps for Walgreens stuff?

Missing image
The problem has not been resolved. Still get no preview image.
Bad quality
Ordered a canvas through the app and it turned out blurry and grainy. The store rep told my wife she had to purchase it , even as bad as it was. Not satisfied
Photo editor only works on X-axis
So you select a portrait photo, then notice the editor crops out the top and bottom of the photo. At top, it suggests one can drag and zoom the selected photo. However I can only drag left or right but dragging up or down only snaps the phot back to original position, I even tried pinching to make the photo smaller but that also snaps the photo back. I like promise of this app but it appears to fall short

Resizing
This stupid app won’t let me resize the picture to the frame.
Photo Centering & expansion
Although, I like this app, I would have liked to have had a little more ability to center, expand, and/or reduce the image on the final product. That function seems too limited for someone of my very limited knowledge of photo editing.
Terrible customer service
Unfortunately the app does not reflect in-store discounts. Additionally in store service was less than helpful. Overall experience super less than awesome.
