where are the notifications
this app was doing really good i’ve been working with think together for almost two months now . and now i don’t even get any notifications it’s been like that for a week and i have it on apple devices . fix it

Doesn’t work
The app continuously tells me bad request and invalid url. The app at the log in says to use the website if the app is having issues. Well I have tried to use it for a year. I have redownloaded it multiple times.
Safety Concerns
This app has a HUGE safety concern, when it comes to adding a child to your account, it prompts for you to search by their last name. But when you enter in a last name (can be any last name) it displays every childs full name, the school they attend, the child’s grade and even the classroom teacher. I should not be able to see a child entire information based on entering a last name especially for other schools. This issue needs to be addressed quickly as this can potentially put children at risk & violates PII for a minor.

This app has worked great for me!
Average School App
Takes a while to load sometimes. Glitches and says job is deleted when in reality it's been manually assigned/picked up/reposted with edits. Besides those minor setbacks it is easy to use and navigate.
EZ to use
the EZ app is a very helpful, useful, and very easy app to use as a sub. I think it's very efficient, i like that I am able to pick up shifts really easily, also the alerts help a lot to know shifts are available for subs.

As a user of the EZ Schools app, I find it to be a reliable and efficient tool for managing my work-related tasks and assignments. The app provides access to available positions within my local districts, as well as opportunities in other districts through my organization. While there are occasional delays in loading, it remains a valuable resource for accessing important information via both the app and email.

Delays
When you try to accept a job and you try to open the app it wants to take you to their promotional screen then it stalls and takes you to the calendar. It glitches and by the time one goes looking for the available sub job it’s gone because it takes so long to log in!
The worst app ever
This is really disappointing to have a TEACHERS app that is unorganized. Worst experience and the developers need to fix all these login issues.
Had a couple of questions.
After using the app for the first time I had some questions so I contacted there support team where there support walked me through the process. I feel better knowing that if a problem arises I can call and someone help me.
Working as intended
I have been receiving all my notifications and have been able to log into my account as needed.
Does not work correctly
My app does not work at all since I got the iPhone 16. No. It is not my phone!
I receive NO alerts. Support is awful! They actually ask for photos to make sure my notifications are turned on and ask me to delete the app and reinstall every time the school reaches out. Ez School is the only app that doesn’t work.

Easy to use
Easy to use, but does not send a “low balance” notification to let parents know that it’s time to re-fill the account. You have to remember to check on that.
New update is working smoothly
Subs, employees, and parents are downloading the application and no issues have been reported.
Complete garbage
Constant notification but no sub job. Not getting notified of any jobs, even when requested (holy know through email notifications) and by them because teacher requests 2 or more, it’s gone. Nothing I can do on my end because they will only deal with school. Contacted school twice, and they’ve done nothing. Considering switching schools altogether in hopes of being done with this app altogether.

Questionable
This Ap is not helpful to me in trying to obtain a sub day. There is a constant notification with nothing to show for it. No posted positions (probably school related) and overall just not easy to navigate or see.

This app doesn’t work at all. I can’t log in on the app or the internet even after an account had been made and password been reset.
Works as intended
Logging in to my substitute works great.
Notifications
I have a check telling me I have a notification or message and there is nothing there. I’m ocd and that check mark on my main phone screen makes me want to keep checking my app just to see that, as before, there is nothing to see other then my scheduled jobs.
