Lagging
Please fix the lag in the app. Whenever I scroll down for the recognitions, it lags so bad. I’ve redownloaded the app to see if it stops lagging but no good.
Ugh
This app used to work great! Now nothing will download and it just gets stuck. So frustrating. Please fix ASAP! BTW- it has never worked on my iPad.
More frustrating than walking back to my office.
Nice while it worked. Now it just crashes when trying to add message and photo. Wasting my battery and time.

Keeps cycling for an Update
The app cycles through for an update over and over! It won’t allow me to use the app!

Everytime I sign in it tells me there’s a new update but when I go to update there’s nothing there.
Endless Loop Error
In the midst of an attempt to recognize teammates, a pop up stating an app update is available displayed and wouldn’t allow me to continue entering the award. Selecting the update sends me to the App Store, which informs me the app is up to date. Exiting & restarting puts me back at the app update pop up.
The rating’s second star is only because the app made recognition pretty straightforward before this endless loop began.

App has pop up that says new version
But when you click on it, and that’s all it will let you do there is no way to update it.
App requests update to new version; doesn't.
Link to App Store doesn't give any option to update. Worthless.
Can’t update
When I launch the app it states “New Version Available, please update” when I click on the UPDATE link and get to the Apple App Store there is no update button just an open button. The app will not let me use it without the update.
Login failure
Not able to log in with Microsoft authenticator. EZ Thanks will ask for global I.d. and password then authenticator app will open. Once sign in is approved EZ Thanks will restart and ask you to sign in again making it impossible to sign in. Can we get an updated version to work the bugs out?

This app is so convenient for on the go recognition! Helpful for people without access to a desktop computer as well.
Update is great
I think they must’ve updated the app since the last time I utilized it. It’s VERY user friendly. I can purchase things on the marketplace very easily too.

Love the ability to recognize and shop with my points while I’m on-the-go! The new interface is super easy and I like being able to access the different functionality with one click.
Taking recognition where I go!
I took coaching from a former boss, who used this app in one of our team meetings where he could immediately recognize someone instead of going back to his office later. I found I was more likely to give the recognition at the moment versus waiting.
A couple months ago I was traveling with my wife. I used the app to find a hotel and use my points to redeem for the hotel reward. It was super easy!

New update is great!
They new update is user friendly! I am not a “techy” person but this is definitely something I can use. It’s helping me connect to my peers and allows me to thank them for assisting me and motivates us to work together!
