Bugs not being fixed…I HAD TO UNINSTALL TO GET IT TO WORK AND I LIST EVERYTHING I WAS WORKING ON

I have had this for many years and it has done this before… but been fixed . However this time I have sent in several requests and to no avail it is not fixed…I have a project that I am trying to retrieve. Also normally I can loop many photos but for 2 months now it will only let me link 1 photo. So the bug is not fixed… AGAIN TODAY STILL NOT FIXED…
