Doesn’t work

Put in my rapnet credentials and it gives an error that the app cannot log on to third part and to call rapnet admin to get a special password, how do I get my money back for this app? Dissatisfied it’s useless

The Rapaport price list it’s not free , That’s why to be able to see the price list subscription is necessary.

Down the drain!

The app was working just fine until it was upgraded recently. Works horribly very glitchy doesn’t work well at all. Needs to be updated ASAP!!!!

App is not working always prompt not connected to internet

App is not working is say pls updates prices from settings. When I am try to do is shows not connected to internet I checked my internet connection it’s working properly pls refund

Error in app

I already write to the developer and not getting any response
I already entered my rapnet id but still not able to use
it always shows (please check your network connection)

Login error

I have working rapnet subcription. But when I do login for price update. I can't do login. Same id password I can login in rapnet application.

Baixei o app e paguei por ele, mas não funciona! Diz para atualizar a lista de preços e da que preciso estar conectada à internet... estou tentando fazer isso há 2 semanas e não consigo. No app não tem o contato do desenvolvedor.

Won’t update price list!!

I have a valid RapNet membership and it won’t update price list! Kept saying cant download as There’s no internet connection. Im so disappointed and I m going to ask for refund since app is not being useful!!!!!!!

Scam

Bought the app
And already have rapnet subscription
Even then the app dosent connect to rapnet.
Tried to contact the app people to ask further questions but unable to .
Called rapnet people to ask if the problem is from their end but they blame the EZcalc app.
Need the solution asap

The app never says you need to have Rappaport login. I couldn’t find an email or anyways to contact the developer to ask further questions.

Hello , 1 . at App Store before you download the app its written very clear that rapnet subscription required 2. we always available and give very fast support . for any help you can contact .

Ripoff

Now a $900 annual fee is required to utilize and receive updated weekly price changes. Don’t buy!!!!

Hello, as you know we are not charging the fee of rapaport, you can contact rapaport they have several fee and see whats good for you . and also as you know rapaport prices or searching stones are not available without subscription , this is a professional apply for people who in the business and already having a member ship. all the best .
