Can’t clock in or out , app hasn’t been updated over a year! What the heck ?

I’ve been using the app for several years. It’s great at helping me keep track of my time and pay for different clients who all have different rates.
I usually don’t have any issues but when I do it’s almost always the same two issues:
1. The job list code field disappears. So while the hours are calculated correctly the pay is not.
2. The calculated pay is generally several cents off. Not a big deal, more of a minor irritation.
But both issues are easily fixed on my end when I don’t have time to reach out to customer support. Support has always been easy to work with: super responsive and get things fixed fairly quickly. I just wish I didn’t have these issues every few months.
All in all it’s the only app I’ve found that truly suits my needs. Nothings perfect but for me it’s pretty close.

Love this app
I have been using this app for over 7 years. It is wonderful. I’ve only had two issues during those 7 years and support fixed the immediately. I’d recommend this app to everyone.

Update: everything was fixed!! The job list is a great feature, allowing me to keep track of more than one job with different hours/rates. Customer support responded so quickly and fixed the issue right away :)
This is a great app, I’ve been using it to track my work hours. I just tried to subscribe so that I can use the Job List feature and track more than one job. After subscribing and getting the free month trial, I still couldn’t access the Job List tab, and then I realized all my previous hours and data had been deleted. Now I can’t see any of the hours I logged for previous work weeks. Is there any way for this to be fixed?

Simple to use. Great for tracking time spent….
Looking for something easy to use to track work hours and found this app. Exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use and to make updates if you miss a time entry. After a couple of months I had a small issue arise and sent an email to the developer. I had an answer back within a couple hours and they corrected the issue. Great customer service. Highly recommend the app to anyone looking to track their hours.

Glitch in system!
It wouldn’t let me click out! I went to add my time later and it let me add the clock in time but not the clock out time. I tried to delete it but it said I needed to clock out but clock out is grayed out! This is a glitch!
Can't Subscribe
I can't get a subscription to the personal edition because when I try to subscribe the app only gives me the option to cancel a subscription I don't even have!

It is super simple easy to use figures out how much money youNeed I could always pull it up super quick with Siri if there’s a bug or something easy clocker always emails or send a message back to ask for like more details or they fix it easy clocker personnel is the best
Exceptional Customer Service
The team behind this app is amazing. I had a issue with the app, emailed customer service, they actually called me and worked thru the issue with the app. This is unheard of in this day and time. Most amazing customer service I have encountered.

I use this app to project out my time for the week, almost as a day planner, to see how many hours I will work based on what activities I have after work each day (I.e., I have a football game at 4 on a Thursday and a doctors appointment for 3.5 hours on Friday). This allows me to see how many hours I need to work on other days to hit my required working hours per week. Obviously, that no longer works for me if I can’t enter a future time entry.
Other than that, the app is simple to use and great if you’re using it as a historical tracker rather than a plan for your week.

Will be deleting due to the cant add in future time
I use this app as my schedule for the week and it helps me so I know I’m getting payed the right amount at work I put all my hours in and see how much I’m gonna get payed at the end of the week. Now I can’t do this because of the stupid rule where u can’t add future times. WHAT A PAIN!
