I had issue on friday but the app does not open to raise the issue. Very bad service from ezdan on app

From last one year app is crashing every time
Application Crashes
Everytime we try to raise a ticket, the Application crashes. Ticket gets successfully raised but we have to reopen the application everytime to see the cases.
Not working
After sign up and enter OTP the app is just closing with a statement UNKNOWN ERROR. It is the same problem for the last four months.
Very very bad app /IT support
It is my 3rd year of contract and till date this app is not active for me. Many many times, this had been reported with screen shots but IT team haven’t responded nor acted. Someone in their team told me that the QID number registered against my number was wrong hence it was not functioning in my case. Despite knowing the issue, they haven’t corrected it.

App is crashing always
Pleaae update the app. The app crashes always and have to manually register any complaints via WhatsApp. Too much time waste.
Terrible App
Spent too much time trying to reset password. The app manages to crash without fail every single time.
