I just downloaded it to try it out and the only thing it does is send you to Amazon to buy random things…. Absolutely no customer support to be found on the app either.

I recently replaced my iPhone and reinstalled this app. So far, I have not been able to get it to work with my device. I successfully logged in and installed its associated diagnostic app. It is not a good app period.
Used to be great
Apple should remove this from the store. It no longer works on ios17 and the manufacturer seems to have no interest in updating it to work. Messaged the manufacturer and doesn’t seem there will be ongoing support so there goes all the software packages I bought. Bought a real scan tool instead since can’t guarantee future support with app based products.

Stopped working !
This thing used to work amazingly back in the day.. spent HUNDREDS of dollars to download the diagnostic softwares for several manufacturers, and for some reason the “old version “ stopped working and it asks u to download the “new version” which doesn’t support or even showwww any manufacturers ! Fix it guys! It used to be the magic stick !!

Used to be great now useless
Used to be a great app now keeps saying to update to new app and then when I do there is none of my software purchases. Now I’m seeing I’m not the only one and it’s an ongoing issue. Doesn’t look good for me. Apple should remove this app from the store if launch isn’t going to fix it.
Stopped working completely in 10/23
In October of 2023, this app stopped working completely and asks you to update it but there is no update. Similar apps from Launch will not work with the connector either. It was actually an ok tool while it was working for me. Had it for 6 years and it paid for itself many many times over so to be honest, i’m not even mad. We had a good run.

This app and solution works great when it actually works; right now after the latest updates the ‘new version’ stopped working completely and only the old version works.
FIX IT GUYS; they never respond to emails and complaints and that is a SHAME for such a nice solution.

Absolutely garbage
I bought easydiag connector about 3 years ago and to say I’ve not been able to use more than I have is an understatement. Every time I plug this thing in there is a different issue. Every time they update the app there is a new issue. I’ve been able to work around them until now,connector is now a desk ornament. Never again will I buy a launch product

Had the old Easydiag with
purchased BT dongle and GM software about 7 years.
Used to transfer fine to each iphone until the XR I have now.
Updated everything it asked and now the app will not connect to car.
Only choice left is buying yet again a GM software package.
I also read that I’m not the only one, buyer beware buying sketchy ghostware.

Doesn’t work
Bought it to scan for Porsche check engine lights and real time monitoring - doesn’t work. When I press the icons they get lighter but no other reaction - the functionality itself doesn’t come up no matter how long you wait. Will be returning the obdii device

Quite simply it doesn’t work. The old version I used would but I’ve been going back and forth with their tech support for two days and it still will not work, and they’ve stopped returning e mails. I’ve spend $60 on software (not including the device). Don’t be a sucker, stay away!
No support/app doesn’t work
If I could rate it at 0 star I would feel better. Just bought two software now the ezdiag new version isn’t loading and there’s no support no one to ask for help. Waste of time and money 😡
