This app used to be great and offered unlimited, calling for paid users. I was paying $22/month and although the app had many faults, I still used it. Now they want $100 a month for unlimited calling. What a SCAM!!!!!!!!!
Amazing app
This app sounded too good to be true. Type in your native language to someone else talking another language and the EzDubs instantly and automatically translates each message. What amazes me about EzDubs is you can also call someone and it also translates in real time. What sets EzDubs apart is how fast the translations are.

It works but for calls you need to buy coins or have a plan that has unlimited coins but that costs 130$/month that’s insane!
Lack of Privacy
This application has a lot of potential however it falls short on features and severely lacks control of security and privacy. The only way to add contacts is via phone number. The only way for contacts to appear as anything other than their phone number is by adding them to your phones contacts, which is not accurate. I have added several phone numbers to my contacts with appropriate naming and it still does not work. Even if this did work, I have no control over what I look like to other contacts. I should have the ability to add contacts via a username. I should have the ability to hide my phone number and protect my personal data. The lack of basic decency and protection is highly disappointing. I do not recommend.

Does not match expectations or price
The app seemed to have potential at first glance. I even paid about 200 USD for an annual subscription. But I couldn’t use it. It turned out to be completely useless for calls, for example, to medical facilities. As soon as they ask for your last name and you pronounce it in your native language, the administrator cannot understand. When they ask you to spell it, it’s impossible to pronounce the English letters because the app assumes you’re speaking in your native language. As a result, there’s miscommunication, wasted time, and frustration. The app’s interface is not intuitive and does not follow familiar patterns. For example, I never managed to get used to how the translation works. I reluctantly deleted the app and regretted the money spent.

Waste of Money
This app phone and video chat feature doesn’t work. I wasted $20 for nothing and the developer won’t refund me my $20. They are telling me I have to submit a chargeback through Apple.
Outrageous pricing update
Price changes are outrageous it was $20 a month for unlimited calling now it is $300 for the same unlimited calling when the translation is not very good wrong a lot of the time and continues to get the same things wrong same product but now charging $280 more

That app is very glitchy and unreliable. Do not use this app as your direct source of communication. You’ll never get through when you need to. This is still in Beta, clearly

Doesn’t translate, zoom meetings
No matter what I tried. I could not get this app to do what it claims it can do.

Best app for translating accurately that I have found so far. I am English and my girlfriend is Spanish. With all other apps that I’ve tried there seem to be errors in the translation which causes confusion. My only criticism of this app and that is a point that would make it perfect is that there is no video calling facility yet. I hope this can be added very soon

Incredible app
Me and my partner rely on this to communicate since his English isn’t perfect and it is absolutely amazing. Not only does it translate your life phone call with text but also with a voice that matches yours it also translates voice notes it’s phenomenal best application out there for such thing.
