Complete waste of time and money
I started using it, then it kept crashing... every time I call customer services they promise to fix it. They never did and never get back to you as promised. Eventually, they even refuse to give you a refund. So unprofessional and stupid!!!

I only got about a weeks worth of use out of this app before it started crashing. I love the concept behind it and hope and wish that this can be fixed as soon as possible. If it starts working properly this is the best paid app for calling out of the country I have come across.

The EZCALL TELECARD CAMPANY HAS OVERCHARGED ME WITH HIDDEN FEES. I MADE MORE THAN $400 IN PURCHASES AND LOST A PORTION OF IT WITHOUT ANY SERVICE. I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THEM OVER THE PHONE AND ASKED THEM IF THEY CAN GIVE ME THEIR LOCATION SO I COULD PRESENT MY COMPLAIN, AND THEY SAID, “WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCLOSE OUR LOCATION.” CAN ANYBODY TELL ME HOW I CAN SUE THEM PLEASE?
