انظمة الدفع غير الكاش النقدي أو البطاقة لاتعمل. لايضحكون عليك ويقولون لك تقدر تدفع ببطاقة ائتمانية .
Useless
Had a flat tire, i requested a new tire he just came and filled it with air and i was stuck paying for the replacing tire fees and the customer service is horrendous

Worst service ever
They changed my battery when the car was off and without me knowing about it and my car for 1 week still there not moving and they refused to fixed it and demanded me to pay for it after what they did! The worst service i faced in my life 👎🏼
Very high prices
I ordered a battery for my car and it was way more than (if I went to the closest place and bought that battery). They charge fees and other costs then they charge for the battery which was way higher than typical stores. Real stupid and I will never use again.

But i remember this app helped me so much on quarantine or lockdown time it was the only app who can delivery during these difficult times

Bad application, the order is canceled and you waiting for the service provider, even without justification for the cancellation

انتبهوا خاصة بخدمة السطحات .. يحطون لك سعر متوقع - بعدين يحطك أمام الأمر الواقع ويكون السعر الجديد مقارب لضعف السعر المتوقع … مع الأسف أنا كنت من أول المستخدمين … وتم الحذف ❌

Nothing simple of a life Savior
Woke up early in the morning to head to the gym and due to the rush, I left the gym bash inside the car quickly and locked it. Went straight to the app seeking the help hopefully and the speed and professionalism were beyond anything I was hoping for.

تم فحص السيارة وافاد الفني بأن هناك عطل في مضخة البنزين وقد طلب مبلغ مائتين ريال تم دفعها نقدا علما بأن قيمة الفحص وتحديد العطل هو ١١٥ ريال وقد افاد بأن عمل الفحص تطلب فك المرتبك الخلفية لفحص طرمبة البنزين ولم يتم اصلاح العطل حيث سيتم نقل السيارة لمركز صيانة الوكيل. هل يحق للفني طلب هذا المبلغ؟؟؟

Very bad experience.
If it were possible, I wouldn't have given even half a star!
My car was stopped inside the basement parking in the mall.
The problem was the battery down.
I called them for assistance. When the technician arrived, he tried to temporarily recharge the battery, but that didn't work.
I paid 60 riyals. He told me to call the tow trucks , I did. As the roof of the car park is low, he could not load the car up, he tried to tow it out, but the cable snapped three times. At this point I said don't touch my car again. I don't want you to damage it.
Paid for the call 50riyals.
The next day, my Jeep agency sent their professional technician to me, within a second he had the batteries recharged and it turned on
My jeep has two batteries, one supporting the other, if both don't recharge the car won't start.
I do not recommend anyone to use this app. Useless!!!
They are not professionals and do not understand anything about engines or how to tow a car!
they just stole my money for nothing!
