Worst parking app
Read the review from 2 years ago and thought developers may have rebuilt the app to make it more user friendly. Nothing has changed, it’s terrible - everything mentioned in review from 2 years ago is still the same. Whoever built this app did not have user friendliness as a priority.
I’m in Melbourne CBD regularly and you can pay for parking using PayStay app which is so much easier to use than this one.
Don’t bother. It’s easier to go to machine and use your credit card to buy ticket

Payment issues
Have used app for some time. Lately the credit card charges are coming up as invalid. Yet it still charges your account but doesn’t show up in app as paid. This glitch needs fixing ASAP.
Double dipping into bank account
Be weary of this app charging you twice for the same thing. On several occasions an error message has popped up telling me payment hasn’t worked and to retry. I then get charged twice.
On all three occasions that this has happened I have had a different message pop up. Today it said insufficient funds in my account, when there was absolutely enough in there. The last time it said system error or something along those lines.
I’m suss!

Don't bother!
This app is a joke! No option to enter the parking meter number in manually - you have to select from the map. Problem is, the map meter number is not the same as what is on the meter.
Why the hell do you have to set the amount of money you want to spend instead of just pushing a "Start Parking" button and pushing "End" when you finish so it only charges you for wha you use?
And it won't store credit card details so every time you park you have to enter card details in.
This app is just woeful and a waste of time.

So user-unfriendly
Did you guys actually get anyone to test your app before implementing it? Appalling user interface. And why the heck do you need to know my gender for me to sign up to pay for parking?!
