Registration doesn’t even work
Have been trying over and over to register for an account. First time, the system sends a code via email, but the registration fails, even though I used the code within a few minutes. After that, the system doesn’t send a new code, so you’re stuck. Tried it with another email account, same issue. And no “help” function to talk to support staff!

Absolutely Horrendous
Spent most of the day trying to get this device to perform according to the directions (which are lacking in any clarity and are just about worthless) and still does not function as it is supposed to. For instance, directions say upon powering up device, LEDs will slow flash while picking up GSM signal then they are supposed to “quick flashing”. This never happens, it just slow flashes forever. To power off unit with SIM inserted you are to “power off the device on APP” but there is no power off option in the APP. There is no way to change the “default password” which is “123456”. The login screen for the app does not show you what you are typing into the user ID and password screens, they are just blank when you type in your data. These are just a few of the problems with this device...DONT BUY. Oh, and when clicking on the “App Support” button it does not take you to any support but to another “EZ Tracker” app. A COMPLETE FAILURE!!!!!
