App intuitiva, ma ho un problema nel trasferire i file. Ho un EZVIZ s2 e dall’app non riesco ad accedere all’album e scaricare i file, è in continuo elaborazione e non visualizza i file. Come si risolve questo problema?

No hay una buena sincronización con la cámara, ninguna tiene actualización, la cámara queda obsoleta al no tener software de mejora.

Salve,ho questo problema sul mio iPhone 7 Plus, quando mi collego alla mia EZVIZ sport s2 action camera , quando vado per trasferire i file mi si chiude l’applicazione. Potete risolverlo? Grazie.

Device is ok app doesn’t work
I can connect and access the camera to use remotely but can’t access the album wirelessly. Pretty sure this is an issue with the app. Device is fine but having to download data by transferring SD cards is not what I wanted.

L’App va in crash ogni volta che provo ad aprire la galleria. Peccato perché se non fosse per questo difetto è fatta molto bene e meriterebbe cinque stelle

Device works well but after a month of use of the sports S2, I can no longer access the videos through the app in order to preview or download them. 3 seconds after going into the recorded clips menu, the app crashes. This repeats. I’m now forced to download to my laptop only, rendering the app somewhat useless. Please help. No support on website. Just faq’s that don’t deal with this issue.
