The pre-built 22 area template is bang on for a standard house. Photos attach to each item so its all there in the PDF appendix. Clean.
Paying for yearly was a no brainer
Was on the free tier doing 8-9 reports a month, then picked up a few more properties and went over the limit. $34.99 for the year is less than what I was paying for one ream of paper lol. Cheap as. Cant really fault it.
Watermarked photos are a godsend
Watermarked photos are a godsend for evidence. Couple of tiny things I'd love to see added (like a tenant email field that pulls from contacts) but nothing deal-breaking. Strong recommend.
So much better than the other inspection apps I tried
This one just works perfect and uses Form 1a/14a/9 properly. Done.
Finally something useful
Thank god someone made an app that actually uses our forms properly. Form 14a exit reports used to be a nightmare doing them on paper, then scanning, then attaching to the email. Now its just tap tap done, signed on the screen, email it from the car. 10/10.
