Why have the option to scan if it doesn’t work. iPhone 13 latest update , didn’t work before update and doesn’t work now. Hasn’t for a long time!! Crashes when you try to use set reminder option
Needs upgrading
so many things could improve this app. It UI is boring and needs the ability to pay with various options including ApplePay, GPay etc. please update!
Website is easier
The app support page link in the App Store here goes to a 404 error page. I think that sums it up nicely : The barcode scanning feature of the bill has never worked and if a communication error happens it’s advices to check if you’ve registered your car through the app again and start the payment again if not using the website it is actually quicker and easier than this app. the only disadvantages the website doesn’t add a reminder in your calendar.

Pretty sad
The ‘scan’ does not work at all. The set reminder option crashes the app. Yes it seems to allow renewals if you enter all details manually.
Rubbish
The only thing that works is manually entering fields. Barcode-nope. Payment no#-nope. Set reminder-nope. I hope my tax dollars did not pay for this!!!

Not sure what the point of this app is other than taking up space on my phone. Doesn’t work - just going to pay using website

Barcode scanner used to work fine but it no longer does. Please fix. Other than that it is a great app, lost a star because off the loss of the barcode scanner

Barcode Scanner Needs Fixing
Please fix the Barcode Scanner. Why have it, if it is broken. It has never worked for me since using this app. The problem seems to be focusing on the barcode with my smartphone.
Beware renewal reminder
The app was working well, but for quite some time the “set calender reminder” feature” is offered, but actually doesn’t work if you check your calender after setting the reminder. People could get caught out with rego expiring without a reminder.
Doesn’t alert payment failed
I just got a $573 fine because I had no idea that my attempt to renew registration didn’t go through. I tried again to renew registration using the app and after the payment “processes” it goes through to a green screen that has no alert to say the payment failed. I had the money in my account so it seems that the payment function just doesn’t work and the app can’t identify for itself whether or not it has worked.

As good as useless
What’s with the app STILL crashing when you set a payment reminder? Might as well just pay on the website - the app offers nothing worth keeping it for.

App used to work well, now crashes using iPhone when click the set reminder button. A fix for this would be good
