Took too long to deliver the money
They deliberately withheld delivering the money despite claiming bank transfer would be within 24 hours. I have used the service multiple times to give it the benefit of the doubt. But they failed every time to transfer the money to recipient’s account within 3 days, let alone 24 hours. The consistent excuse would be: We’re waiting on the other bank’s side. Guess what? Once I switched to a different service provide, that other bank suddenly worked as expected. Deleted the app and never going back.

Tỷ giá thì tốt, nhưng cái app gì mà chứ năng kém. 1/ mỗi lần mở app phải đăng nhập bằng mật khẩu, trong khi có thể đăng nhập bằng FaceID mà app lại không có chức năng đó. 2/ người dùng từng gửi tiền đến quốc gia nào thì lưu lại để người ta dễ dàng theo dõi tỷ giá và chuyển tiền lần tiếp theo. 3/ Chuyển tiền thì thời gian nhận tiền lâu, ít nhất cũng 1-2 ngày mới nhận được tiền, trong khi mới nghe chuẩn bị IPO sàn chứng khoán Úc. Tui không hiểu công ty này bộ phận IT làm ăn kiểu gì hay CEO làm ăn không cần khách hàng hay sao á?

Reliable with potential to be even better
The app takes a bit of getting used to, but once you’re familiar, it works well. Transfers may not be instant, but the exchange rate is good and support is responsive. I’m happy with the service and looking forward to future improvements!
Can not create new recipient
When I try to create new recipient, the layout has been errored, can not do anything.

It took 3 days to send money to my country, and it's still not finished now. I feel disappointed and insecure about this service.

I did my first transfer today. The app needs an improvement, but their rate is so competitive. I might be using their service more often

It took 3 days to transfer $40 from Australia to Vietnam, this transaction hasnt completed tho, it can be even more 3 days😂😂

My friend introduced Ezyremit to me, and I love it so much! They always gave me a very good rate compared to the other companies, the fee was the cheapest that I have ever found.
Especially, the customer service is amazing. To be honest, this is my first time received an excellent service like that while I made a terrible mistakes. Eg I typed the wrong transaction, i sent the wrong money. However, the legit team were always there and they were very patient, good at knowledge with a quick support. Finally, all of my money was sent successfully to my family.
I feel very happy simply because I could avoid all of the trouble thanks to them.
