Deposit check signage
Have to take picture of back three to four times to get the system to accept. Keeps saying sign for mobile deposit only. Have to retake photo multiple times then it will accept.
Great App
I like the easiness of the app. And the design is one of my favorites. It’s not complicated.
Customer Service is not up to standards
I used the conversation feature they have on the App to discuss a check that wasn’t deposited, but the lady replying seems to be not fully interested in my concerns. She answers way too late and not using proper conversation etiquette. Also, the App says you have to write down “For Mobile Deposit Only” while they have another checkbox that you have to check that says the sale thing. I consider this as redundancy. All I have been doing for years is sign and date in the back and deposit it via mobile.
