It has me change passwords every 6ish months and every time it just locks me out of my account without any warning. With updates the issues have been fixed. Still don’t like the apps layout

This is a very good online bank. They have treated me well and been more than fair in all of our dealings and I highly recommend.
Available balance
The app is good when it’s working! It’s easy to transfer money over to another account in 2 sec. The one thing I don’t like is after my check gets direct deposited it shows Available Balance but declines until hours later. Your available balance showed only show what is AVAILABLE!!

It is not my friend
It does not recognize my face. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and I cannot get the login to work correctly.
Get Face ID fixed
To go in and ask about Face ID and see what the issues is and the only answer we have no idea if it will ever work shows me that who ever host this app cares nothing about fixing issues. This how I do my banking and to have to stop and put my long password in every time is annoying so please get it fixed and if the answer is we don’t know how to fix it then FM Bank needs to find a new app provider.
