Love the app itself minus the glitches and hang ups
I have a iPhone X and I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still is glitching, hangs up.
Other than that when I can get it to work this is by far the best app for helping with working through anxiety. I love all the features!! ❤️

I randomly found this app and I cannot express how grateful I am for it! There is a great balance with how Brittany breaks down the struggles of various kinds and how as Christians we can overcome or work through theses struggles with Gods truth, practical applications, and the support of others. I love this app and community Facebook group! Thank you Brittany!

First, let me say that I love this app. If you are a Christian who deals with anxiety or depression, or really any mental illness, this is for you. It’s hopeful but also useful, which is a great combination! We are given tools to help us thrive. Who doesn’t love that? This has been an extremely useful tool for me as I walk my path with anxiety.

AMAZING ENCOURAGEMENT
