Frustrating Experience with Payouts

I traded on their $25k account and made a profit, but it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my payout. Communication has been slow and there’s no clear explanation for the delay. A prop firm should honor payouts promptly if they expect traders to trust them. Very disappointing experience so far.
