Der Schutz ist sehr gut. Die ID- Überwachung ist ausbaufähig!

Insgesamt ist die Software sehr gut. Der ID Schutz ist ausbaufähig. Wie soll man zum Beispiel etwas nachvollziehen, wenn bei einer Datenpanne alles nur mit Kürzel angezeigt wird und auch im Konto nichts näheres angegeben wird. Von daher fast unbrauchbar:-(

Trust F-Secure for iOS devices

F-Secure has blocked apps trying to sell my information, informed me of current data breaches from miscellaneous companies that would have been exposed to my information, but they were blocked. As someone that has their identity stolen in the past, I haven’t had a problem since using F-Secure with their original VPN protocol and now newly offered VPN protocols. They sort text messages from unknown callers and identify websites that have not been verified.

Please bring back self-selection for trusted networks

Earlier versions used to let me select the networks I didn’t want VPN to be active; now the VPN stays on all the time, even on my own networks.

Other functions and features (like Safe Browsing, Scam Protection, ID Monitoring) are easy to set up and work reliably.

Concerned about quality

I have been a loyal customer for a good number of years by now, and I have been enjoying the service. However in the past few weeks I have been experiencing lack of response from the customer service, functions not working properly in the app, and I have quality concerns about the protection filters applied. I remain hopeful that these are temporary glitches only.

Problem with automatic VPN protection and Kill Switch

The Software developer's response is always the same. The reviewer writes that the developers are working on a fix for the VPN turning on when a Mac wakes from sleep mode. However, the F-Secure representative responding here clearly doesn't know this issue has already been resolved. Thanks for the outdated information and the formal reply. But a new problem has emerged. On Apple devices, automatic connection protection and Kill Switch don't work if the VPN is disabled. In this case, even though the VPN is disabled, these enabled features should prevent a connection without the VPN. But they don't. That is, they don't work. So if you forget to turn on the VPN and go online, these features don't prevent you from connecting. So what's the point of them?!
