Horrible
You messed up trying to keep anyone from seeing the race. It ruins LV. I paid for 6 people & only saw the cars come out of the turn to hug the wall on my side. Bleachers should have been somewhere else. Several had to leave the grandstand to go out back to watch a tv there. TV’s were too low on the track & obstructed by signage. Signs were extreme, way too many. I feel very ripped off. My 1st F1 was a bad experience. Some of us left & went back to our room to finish the race.

Push Notifications
Latest version forces the use to enable push notifications at launch. It will not allow one to bypass this. This is bad usability.

App Screen Goes Black
App doesn’t seem to work. I have iOS 18 and when I load the app it suddenly goes completely black. Tested the app on 2 different iPhone devices and models and had the same results.
App crashes immediately
App does not work, it just crashes immediately once it opens and loads the initial load screen. Deleted and re-installed multiple times. Worthless.

Terrible System
My deposit was not applied to my ticket purchased. No longer considering attending Las Vegas GP after 2025.
One Stop Shop!
This has everything I needed! Walking routes, ride share locations, transportation routes. It even showed me activations in all the zones. Ticket management was so easy. Loved this app - much more helpful than other sporting apps.

The app can’t log in thru my Ticketmaster app, can’t manage my tickets
HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARD - WRONG DIRECTIONS - FAIL
The walking directions provided by the app took us to a dead end and made us walk 3 miles out of our way through very sketchy neighborhoods … and my wife has ASTHMA so walking an extra 3 miles isn’t so simple!!! That’s not only a major failure significantly negatively impacting fan experience, it’s a health and safety issue!
