iOS login issue
When trying to login to view the tickets via the app, the login screen doesn’t take me anywhere, please fix this asap

This app continually crashes at different points of trying to create a login.
No tickets!!!
Bought a ticket from webook.com told me to download the f1 sagp app to get the ticket, created an account but doesn’t show the ticket or any booking confirmation, have emailed but no one responds, now flying into Saudi without ticket and losing out on thousands of pounds for a wasted trip. Disgrace

What is happening in the App it’s not accepting to log in at all , very strange that a strong event like this face this challenge in its main application for ticketing
Is this really necessary?
Why not just let people get tickets the old fashion way? Why take contact information? Each transaction, a verification is required and I cannot send the tickets to myself? Also, what’s the point of having an app if I cannot even add it to my Apple wallet? Not being able to send tickets to myself or add it to my mobile wallet means that I need internet to access the ticket. Last but not least, the damn sound when you open the app is annoying! Just let me listen to my music uninterrupted, please!! Overall, this app is completely unnecessary!

Cannot log in to app. Tried to call them but number does not work. Have spent 8000sar and stressed that I will not get my tickets. Tried to create new account and app stuck. Does not work!
