Not functioning
Zoom F3 with BTA1 Bluetooth module will or connect to the app at all. The app sits there doing nothing and the device just says “searching” endlessly. Unusable.

iPhoneとBluetoothで接続し録音操作やレベル確認ができる。
ただ、例えば録音中にiPhoneを持ってその場を離れる or Bluetoothの電波状況が悪くなる等して一度切断されると、再接続には録音停止 → 本体操作が必要。これでは使い物にならない。

A handy app
This is a handy accessory app for the Zoom F3 albeit with basic control and monitoring features. Hopefully more features will be added later on but don’t discount this app based on the feedback here at the App Store.
No option to delete and other missing functions
Do not buy the Bluetooth dongle for this…
Slightly easier to use than the recorder itself, but essentially a dumbed-down user interface that looks a bit better.
There is no functionality that the recorder itself cannot do, and F3 Control cannot do all that the recorder cannot.
In particular, there is no option to delete recordings. It would be really useful to be able to retake recordings by deleting the last one and re-recording, playing back the files on the phone or iPad (no, that’s missing, too, playback is on the headphones of the recorder), proper file management etc.

Awkward
The user interface is awkward, but at least it's more useable than the Zoom's F3 for recording. It offers no way to delete a file or reformat the SD card.
Love the idea…but this is useless
I’m a wedding videographer, and having The f3 via Bluetooth synced to my phone is such an awesome tool in theory.
In theory I could be recording and walk around the same room and be constantly connected to my zoom, listening to the recording - but the execution isn’t there.
The bluetooth adaptor stops syncing with the app when you walk more than 10 ft away, and you can hear what the zoom recording via your iPhone, which is dumb. Fix these two features and maybe then this will be super helpful.

No luck.
It app simply won’t open. I’m using a BTA-1 I purchased for the H3-VR. so I know it functions. As in another review, the app hangs on the Bluetooth search screen. I have yet to get it to work. Will continue troubleshooting. It is frustrating.
Grand potential but a lot of bugs to work out
This app interface is amazing. Got me really excited to use it. But man the bugs don’t stop. First the Bluetooth adapter automatically disconnects on its own and when it does that you have to close the whole app and reopen it, and even that doesn’t always work. It gets stuck on the Bluetooth search screen. Sometimes you can close the app and reopen it and it’s stuck in the same spot and there’s no back button or close button. I also wish there was a feature that would record automatically on SD when you have the F3 output to camera. It’s so annoying to have to manually hit record on the app or the F3 then record on your camera to get both signals. Even better is if they can implement the full 32bit float in the output signal then you don’t need a SD. I’m quite sure it’s not recording to 32bit float when outputted. These are so far my only gripes. If they can fix the bug and add the output dual record feature, that would be a game changer.
