Thank you for the honest feedback, Dfors00t - a one-star review stings, and we take it seriously. Challenge: Send us one feature you think an A&P study app should have. If we don’t already offer it (or something equivalent), we’ll unlock one knowledge exam for you at no charge. Did you complete an in-app purchase and still see only two questions, with no tracking or scoring? If yes, please email ratedapprentice@gmail.com with your device model, iOS/Android version, and receipt (or purchase date). We’ll look into it. If you’re still on the free / trial side, that behavior is likely expected. We’d appreciate it if you upgrade, use the paid version for a few real study sessions, and update your review after you’ve used the full feature set - many “limited” reports are preview mode, not a bug. We’re a different kind of A&P app - built by mechanics for future mechanics. Please give the full version a fair try. Rated may look familiar next to other online study apps, but it’s built differently: - Knowledge-code–driven - not just endless question banks; content is organized around ACS K codes so you learn what the exam actually tests. - Study pool or full bank - use a focused study set that fits your study plan, or the complete bank when you’re ready. - Single source of truth - every question ties back to FAA-authoritative content. - Clearer learning - stronger examples on hard topics, offline notes, and the same reference materials you’ll use on the real exam. - Plus progress tracking, scoring, challenge levels, flags, practice modes, and more - we’re happy to walk through features if you reach out. The full question bank, answer tracking, and scoring are part of the paid experience. The free build is intentionally limited (including a small number of practice questions) so you can try the app before you buy. We believe RatedPrime is the strongest A&P study app on the market once you’re past preview mode - but we’d rather you see it yourself than take our word for it. Thanks again for taking the time to review. -- RatedPrime Team

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry to hear you missed General by 2 points. I know how frustrating that is, especially after paying for the exam. To answer your question: Rated does not use the actual FAA exam questions. Our questions are still representative of the actual exam and are built around the FAA ACS Knowledge Codes and FAA-recommended source documents so they could feel very similar. The goal is to help you understand the topic behind each KCode, not just memorize a questions. I’m an A&P/IA mechanic and built Rated because I saw a gap in how mechanics prepare for the A&P certification process. The test does not always feel like how we actually perform maintenance on aircraft, so our mindset is: the more you understand the “game,” the better prepared and more confident you’ll be. Please email us at ratedapprentice@gmail.com. I’m confident we can help you get across the finish line. We also recently released a Study Strategy video that may help you focus your next attempt. https://youtu.be/Imo1c1Gabrw?si=DMLc_FTSfheW2Md5 Keep putting in the work - missing by 2 points is a setback, not the end.
