Functional
I have accounts with four different financial institutions. Three of them use this app with their brand on it. Same Home Screen, same color, same options, all of it. It works with all three banks. JPMorgan/Chase and Charles Schwab use different apps that work also. Go apps.

Not as user friendly as previous version
This app is not as user friendly as the previous version. Too many steps to complete one task. I would like to see the old version brought back or an option to switch to the older version if possible.

One of the best banking apps.
This app is easy to use. The bill pay could have a few less steps but I am glad to have the bill pay options. That could be important to some people. Anyway, easy to use, easy to move money around if you have more than one account. Bill pay is easy to use just has a lot of clicks.

Not working for almost a week now
I never had any problems using this app, but I haven’t been able to open this in almost a week now. I deleted and reinstalled, but it didn’t help. Can you please fix the bug, or whatever is preventing my phone from accessing the app? *I have an older phone that won’t update to 17, but this app is approved to work on older models. Please help.

If you have tried to reinstall the app again and update your phone, then your phone might be too old for our app. You can still view your account through our website on a web browser.

Great bank customer service second to none
Terrible app
I use my ipad and it will only display vertically. It is very hard to type on a keyboard that my ipad is attached to when the screen is vertical. There is no help option so every time I want to do something and I don’t know how I have to call the bank. I have complained about the non horizontal display and the claim they would look into it. That was months ago and I am still putting up with it.

Since the update I have been unable to receive banking notifications when money has been drafted from my account (when my card is used)
