Much worse

The original all was much better with variety of templates, test, animation, and ease of use. Why did you change a great app. I may cancel the subscription

Horrible

Had this app for years and I loved it. Now that it has this new update, I can’t get it to work anymore with any of my photos. Wish you didn’t make these changes now I will be canceling my subscription and saying goodbye!!!!!

Stopped Working

I have had this app for years, Its bought and paid for; however, a couple things went wrong. First, when going through the retouching, it left an obvious oval mask. So it could not be used. Second, it could no longer “auto-detect” my face.
So my once favourite, easy to use app that I paid for, is useless now. Thanks for screwing that up and charging me in August for sending unusable.

I wish to see more options for men or some way for us to choose our own pictures to use as a models . But , is great so far .

Face retouching??

I have had this app several years and now face recognition retouch is no longer?? Says doesn’t detect face when that’s all it is a face. FIX IT or I will no longer use it or pay for this service.

Ich war jahrelang begeistert, aber seit dem Kauf,…

Seit ca 6 Monaten wird die APP immer fehlerhafter. Bei visage lab wird inzwischen gar kein Gesicht mehr von meinen deutlichen Fotos erkannt. ( es begann schon vor Wochen und nahm immer mehr zu , jetzt geht gar nichts mehr ) . Die FEED effekten sind mir inzwischen fast alle zu verstellt,extremst weichgezeichnet . Da sollte es die Möglichkeit geben das Bild beim Ergebnis nochmal nachzubearbeiten und ein paar Filter ( wie Falten glätten und co) raus zu nehmen. Noch vor 3 Wochen kaufte ich erneut die APP , weil ich eigentlich sehr begeistert war. Heute benutzte ich sie seit dem (2.) Kauf mal wieder und bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Da es die Gesichter gar nicht wahrnimmt. Außerdem erhielt ich heute auch bei anderen bearbeiten wie Hintergrund etc. Ergebnisse häufig Fehlermeldungen . Leider finde ich nirgendwo ein Support zum Anschreiben. So bleibt mir hier nur die Wahl, meine Reklamation loszuwerden und bitte um Fehlerbehebung . Wenn diese Fehler behoben wurden und meine Ratschläge womöglich angenommen wurden. Werde ich erneut wieder bewerten . Denn zuvor war ich mal Mega begeistert.
