Fix the pausing of my music
Overall the app is great, but I have a few qualms. Sometimes the app does lag or is unresponsive sometimes. The app continues, however, to pause any media I have playing whenever opening and using. This is for both music and audio books. I resume play which temporarily fixes it until I navigate to another page. PLEASE FIX THIS

This is so bad.
A few months ago I downloaded this app, I thought it was good, I ordered some clothes, one day as if nothing appeared to me that they have charged a membership that I never accepted, I spoke to cancel, according to them they canceled my membership and today 8-6-2026 they made the same charge again, I have not received any refund, this is a theft.

Need clearer communication
I love Fabletics. I love my Rewards but when I try to apply my cash Rewards, it took it, but didn’t tell me I couldn’t use it along with other discounts. I understood in the end but just make clear so I don’t waste time calling.

Best Jeans EVER!!
Hi I’m 6 feet tall and when I say Fabletics has truly changed the Jean game believe me! To actually be able to find jeans that fit, no gapping, flatten and smooth you where needed, plus long enough! Is definitely a win, win for me!❤️
Tights Length
Please offer more petite options for the full length and the 7 / 8 length tights. I have loved your designs and products for years and appreciate all of your employees.
Credits expire
Very disappointed to see that they steal your monthly payment if you don’t buy something by the time it expires, which I had no idea about until I just happened to look to see how many credits I had and it said something about expirations.
VIP
VIP offers are very limited if you are offering an offer as a VIP you should be able to choose.
Not Worth Anymore
Ive been a member on and off, but regularly, since 2018. You used to be able to combine coupons on clearance. The tariff charges are illegal. Quality has diminished over time. I don’t order much anymore because all the reasons I chose this company to begin with don’t exist anymore. If you’re going to spend $90 on a pair of leggings, purchase from a company like Popflex or BuffBunny. Don’t waste your time here.
