Frustrating
I joined when they first came out and bought several outfits and I remained a VIP member paying every month. Within a short time my size was never available in anything that I ever picked out, not exaggerating as I went on the site weekly, and I would lose my credits so after wasting hundreds of dollars because they never had my size items available, I think it’s a very poor business model. I don’t appreciate wasting money. And it’s a bummer because I did like the clothing. Canceled membership and will not be buying again.

Poor app performance
I’ve been trying to open the app for days and the buffer wheel just keeps spinning and I have tried 9 consecutive days

Deletes honest reviews.
Put in a few reviews, unfortunately their quality is not very good, especially for $70-$100 leggings. They deleted them. Same with my shorts review that said they were pretty decent.
Only for members?
I’ve never heard of an app that’s only for members. Completely and absolutely ridiculous to make it so that people can’t click into an app to check and make sure that their order has shipped if they’re not paying $80 for a membership. The use of an app is not a luxury feature and locking an app down under an $80 paywall is utterly classist when you’re already charging luxury prices for the goods that you sell. Honestly, I don’t know who felt like they were making a justifiable to decision when they decided that someone spending $80 in a tank top needed to spend another $80 to purchase it in an app rather than online, but they really need to rethink this. In the meantime, I’ll be doing some rethinking of my own—not sure I wish to continue being a customer of Fabletics given this completely classist decision.

At first I thought I forgot my password but I logged on fine online and even placed an order! The app won’t let you reset password it says it sends an email and nothing, not even in spam. If it doesn’t start to work I’m going to have to delete it and do everything with my membership online. Well I still can’t log on using the app but online works fine. I’m done messing around and waiting for this to get fixed so this app has been deleted and I had it for YEARS..

Can’t access the app
I’ve been a VIP since 2020, but recently the app has blocked me from logging in and I get the message that I’m not a VIP and I have to use the website. It’s super annoying and I’ll probably just cancel my membership.

Every time I open the app it needs an update. Never a smooth experience

Whenever I click on anything in the shop, it tries to load it and says something went wrong. Try again. Literally every item in the app. It’s up to date, and I have an iPhone 17. So annoying. Had to use the website instead.

New update broke app
App Wont load, just stays on a white page attempting to load

Since the last update my app is not loading
Fix the APP!!!
The last update ruined the app. It now works like the web browser, where you can't choose the inseam length when doing exchanges. It defaults to regular 32. Now I have to contact support to do my exchanges & that's just too much work.

Me hicieron un cobro de miembro vip a través de pay pal de $ 69.95 hable con el soporte directo de la tienda y ellos me dijeron que no podían procesar la devolución porque como reclame por pay pal ellos decidirían, resulta ser que este salió a favor de fabletics, es una trampa para que compres y te agregen el Vip Member que nunca hice uso alguno de este!, la verdad me molesta muchisimo que engañen a la gente con ese vip member solo compre una vez!
