Please correct inefficient design
Every attendant tells customers to use the app differently. We shouldn’t need to two different bar codes to get a wash.
Sometimes it’s easy, most times it’s a pain.
Please consider streamlining the process as it is extremely inefficient.

CONSIDER APP ABANDONED
This app has been abandoned it’s clear this company doesn’t care. You can sign up EVEN get a membership! But when it comes to actually buying the wash or scheduling (LOCATION ERROR) how embarrassing!! Theyre paying to keep a glorified screen saver on the App Store. Don’t get a car wash here let an alone use their app. WOW is better. Even terrible! Search those, DONT GET A CAR WASH HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THIS

Makes you feel like a loser.
Spin the wheel and either end up unlucky, try again or some other negative. What a joke to collect.

Work they do is Fabulous
The rap music, I had to go inside to escape. Occasionally they should use a clean rag to get the fog off the inside windshield. Seems like it is just smeered when the sunlight is just right.
Overall they value is great. I love the hard work they they put in, and about the stuff above there is always something to work on what ever you do.
