There is no scaling feature. Not a good app due to that limitiation.

Do not download this app. It’s not even a good app .Instead go and search for another app. I am rating it 1 star because there is no option for zero.
Decent but lacking
It’s a fun app, my one major critique is that one should be able to scale the facial features to be either larger or smaller, even skew them to be wider or narrower. For instance, most of the female long hair are currently scaled way to small for most of the female features, especially the lips, they are way too big. Once a feature is chosen it comes in at a certain size and that’s it!
