Great practices but not for me

Thanks so much introduction. I really enjoy the 10 minute practices as I can easily work these into my am routine. I have never engaged in the yoga type practices as I don’t have time and I’m not interested in that. The app itself is quite bad. It does load timely and buffer's. I’m going to invest in another face massage practice because of these issues.
