Where is customer support?
I really like the exercises, but there is zero customer support. When the app gets stuck - and it has for me, twice - there’s no one to help. I was happy to buy the annual plan but now I’m really questioning whether it was worth it.
Exercises are good but….
The exercises are great but this app doesn’t seem to work properly. Half way through the workout the trainer disappears and you’re just left with a blank screen and the timer symbol. It’s happened on every workout I’ve tried so far. V irritating!
When I try and contact someone a message is displayed saying cannot send email in app.
Also there’s doesn’t appear to be way to access payment details or cancel the plan.
Would appreciate someone contacting me phase as it’s a waste of money if I can’t actually follow my workout!

Try before surgery
I had a consultation for a facelift and the doctor suggested that I try facial exercises first. I really love this app because it personalizes the program to fit my personal situation and my needs. I would definitely recommend that you try this before paying for expensive procedures.

This app is high quality, and is very aesthetically pleasing. It is simple and easy to navigate through the different tabs, and it is well made. This app was extremely useful to me, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend. It is excellent face yoga and face exercise to look younger. It was a beneficial facial workout.

I never knew that face yoga was around until installing this app! Since using face yoga I can now fully relax and stay ahead of the aging process! Awesome!
Not easy to navigate between exercises
I liked some aspects about this app. Good videos and clear exercises. Custom workouts to meet your needs. What I didn’t like and the reason why I deleted it is because once you commit to a workout you can’t easily navigate to a different one without having to start all over. You can’t do two workouts simultaneously if you wanted to do one in the eve and one in the am. It is very fixed. sometimes because I didn’t click to take a photo after finishing a workout, the next day I couldn’t do the next work out. It would tell me that I had just finished the one from the day before and it wouldn’t let me start the next one.

Easy to use and nicely set out
This all looks really nice, is laid out in a clear manner and I like that it can be personalised to your needs, so I’m sure it’d be well worth the money for the subscription :)

Nice and easy
I like these short and easy to follow exercises for my face. It’s a great opportunity to relax and have some me-time while stretching face muscles that would otherwise remain in tension from the day’s stresses. I’m looking forward to some excellent results.

Face coach is the best face exercise app in the App Store! 5 minutes face yoga workout feels like it’s toning all the muscles in my face. The app is super easy to use and the work out video is very clear and easy to understand.
