Need a refund app is misleading

I only wanted to use the app for the free options then see it signed me up for a free trial for 7 days with tricky hidden subscriptions buttons. Somehow the app got me billed for an annual membership for $60! This is also I requested them to cancel any trials or pending subscriptions with the app which I could only do through messaging them. The app is also misleading as I couldn’t even make videos and app kept crashing first couple times trying it.

They took away the tool that removes unwanted objects in a photo, a lot of people use this tool to remove objects, bring it back
