Bad platform
The app itself is decent, but the actual service is completely ruined. FACEIT advertises itself as a platform with fair play and a superior anti-cheat, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Every other match is filled with brand-new accounts showing impossible reaction times, blatant cheaters, or boosters. The anti-cheat clearly can't keep up with modern software, and the reporting system feels completely useless — bans are rare and usually come far too late.
The matchmaking is totally unbalanced, toxicity is at an all-time high, and customer support takes weeks to reply with generic automated templates. Paying for a premium subscription in this state is an absolute waste of money.

The FBI needs to be fixed. Iam getting banned for no reason because iam getting reported by sensitive people for no reason. It is just a game, of course there is alot of yelling and cursing. You should ban people who throw and troll the game not the people who care about the game
