The app itself is decent, but the actual service is completely ruined. FACEIT advertises itself as a platform with fair play and a superior anti-cheat, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Every other match is filled with brand-new accounts showing impossible reaction times, blatant cheaters, or boosters. The anti-cheat clearly can't keep up with modern software, and the reporting system feels completely useless — bans are rare and usually come far too late.
The matchmaking is totally unbalanced, toxicity is at an all-time high, and customer support takes weeks to reply with generic automated templates. Paying for a premium subscription in this state is an absolute waste of money.
Save your time and nerves. The platform has completely gone downhill.

The FBI needs to be fixed. Iam getting banned for no reason because iam getting reported by sensitive people for no reason. It is just a game, of course there is alot of yelling and cursing. You should ban people who throw and troll the game not the people who care about the game

Why we can’t buy PUBG MOBILE UC and there are no tournaments for PUBG MOBILE !
Very competitive, love the fact that u can form teams in CS2 and win tournaments.
This is definitely the most competitive way to play counter strike and other games like chess,brawl stars, valorant, overwatch, and lots of other titles that I just couldn’t memorize.
But I just want to pay some extra attention to their CS2 league ESEL. It is what it is consider the best way to level up in the game and have fun with friends. You create a team, wait for the new season to begin, register your own organized team, and play against other teams to win!
I nearly forgot to say what an accurate and effective anti cheat faceit has. It overpowers any in game anti cheat. And god, what a balanced ranking system they have! That is just amazing.
Overall, I highly recommend any counter strike player to begin playing on faceit instead of premier mode. You WILL feel the difference.

please fix accepting matches!!!
accepting matches from the app no longer works, please fix, it was really nice to be able to accept from your phone, but at some point it broke and now you get notified that a match has been found but pressing the accept button does nothing; the app must serves as an alarm that you need to run back to your pc to accept the match

На компе все отлично, на телефоне ужас, кнопки не влезают, половина не работает, то скролл зависнет, то скопировать текст нельзя.
Верификация
Пройти верификацию не получается уже 5ый раз. Дело не в фото, не в моем возрасте или других ограничениях. Сайт на верификацию либо тупо не грузит даже с впн, либо вообще не открывается, либо вылетает. А потом приходится ждать, пока проверяют верификацию, которую я даже НЕ НАЧАЛ ПРОХОДИТЬ
