Won’t Respond to My Inquiries or Provide Report
I paid for the father/child DNA Facial Recognition test for $63 over 6 weeks ago. I uploaded 2 photos, 1 of each person. I have not been able to get a response from the company as to the results or why I don’t have the results. I sent a couple of emails with no response. I think this company and their so called DNA Facial Recognition software is a scam.

Don’t waste your MONEY! - scam
Very scammy company. There are no *real* reviews on the web. No Youtube reviews from real people. There are ALWAYS product reviews on YouTube. Their Facebook page is full of bot reviews. (How are they all Russian?? Seems a little suspicious) Can’t find any info on them outside of their own web pages.
Here’s the story-
My husbands ex (who we’re friends with) had a daughter and the father was in question. I ordered the face dna test just for to see what it said. I didn’t dig into this company enough before I started shelling out cash. So, the Face DNA test came back and showed that there was over a 70% chance of my husband being the father. They claim to have a 92% accuracy rate…. So, I proceeded to order several more of these test to compare the father the child has been raised with against my husband. We got all worked up over nothing. Mom’s having an emotional break down because she thinks she took 12 years away from the daughter and my husband. We went and ordered an actual DNA swab test and my husband is not this kids dad.
Conclusion: they get your money and send you on an emotional roller coaster so you order their more expensive DNA test. They should be sued for emotional pain and suffering.

Paid but no results
Paid for a test ($20) 😡just kept saying “pdf is in process” with no results. Very dissatisfied.
Extremely accurate
I paid for two submission pictures of two brothers, looking to see if one of them was my father. One test was only a few facial features and it was a 91%. The other test was for numerous facial features and the result was 71%. The 91% match is my father, backed up by a biological half sister on 23&me. It really helped pinpoint who my father is.
