Refund
Very disappointed with the billing practices. I cancelled the subscription on the LAST DAY of the free trial specifically because I did not want to be charged. Despite cancelling before the trial ended, I was still charged for the subscription.
I immediately requested a refund through Apple and was told the purchase was “not eligible for a refund.” So now I’m being charged for a subscription I intentionally cancelled before the trial was over.
If a trial says you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged, cancelling on the final day should mean exactly that. At the very least, the cutoff for cancellation needs to be made much clearer. This experience feels misleading and has completely changed my opinion of the app.
Be extremely careful with the free trial and cancel well in advance if you don’t intend to keep the subscription.

Paid for a Year, App keeps crashing
I purchased a one year subscription but the app keeps crashing constantly. Very disappointing after paying for a full year.

Constant requests for more money to use the app
I just downloaded this app, chose the 3 month option for $30 AUS. I used a couple of the tools to test it out and they are no better than YouCam Perfect which I already use. But as soon as I chose a certain tool, it requested I like it on Insta before gaining access. I cancelled out and tried again and it wanted more money to use that option. No good

Glitches
App crashes constantly. It also can’t detect bodies or faces even when a face or body is clearly on screen. Will not be renewing subscription.

Double Chin.
I got this subscription to eliminate my double chin, but no matter what I do I can’t get rid of it. This app doesn’t work for that.

I was going to purchase this but noticed many flaws in this app.
No 1 was the hairstyles were atrocious on all my photos!
No. 2 was the clothes section didn’t work correctly and would (mix outfits incorrectly) which is a HUGE problem, especially if someone were to purchase this app.
If they could correct these problems, I may consider going forward.

OLD WAY WAS BETTER
You took all the good features away. I don’t know why you guys had to change it so severely the eyeshadow part is wrong. The facial structures are wrong. They don’t match people ethnicity perhaps, your app was a meant for people of color. However, I don’t like using the application as much anymore because it’s way too many changes and they’re not for the good.
