I cant update it bcs somehow aplication say : there is problem bcs update is on new version : null

Stuck on file transfer screen. Says watch is less than 60% charged but it’s been plugged in for two days. Apparently it needs an upgrade but says watch has to be above 60% for the upgrade to work. So yeah this watch is trash.
I use every day
Sometimes the steps don’t track but besides that I like it

I am unable to reconnect my watch no matter how many times ive tried
Functionality
I had a difficult time getting everything to connect just for it a day later to go blank then come back on a few hours later then to go blank again. I love earphones and it’s great when it’s all functioning at the same time but it does have a lot glitches. Be aware of the hiccups.

My watch shows “File transfer” and there’s no way to factory reset and no support via the app
