This app is not letting me get past the “Abnormal Connection(-1)” message…I’ve had this app once before and it didn’t give me any issues now with this message popping up I can restore my subscription or continue to use the app when I have great internet service and connection.

Issues with the app

I have sent numerous emails to them about their app not working and I had a subscription which I was charged for weekly and they never fix it. Waste money and no response back on fixing the bug.

App not canceled and no contact information

I would choose 0, I canceled this app mid-March and find out it didn’t cancel properly causing a renewal charge. You have no contact information for me to reach out. I would advise you fix it or I will take legal action. This is holding app updates for my job.
